Well, being on the coast we simply had to have our own take on a traditional pie. The fish is caught by Audacious BF83, once landed it is processed and delicately smoked by our friendly fish merchant Alan Downie here in Whitehills. Coated in a rich white sauce these smoked fish pies are just perfect, filling, warming and packed with fishy goodness.
